Artconnexion, Lille, France. In May 2012 Jyll Bradley will be having her first solo exhibition in France. The exhibition will focus on her light box works inspired by the writings of Marcel Proust. Details to follow.

Cargo: Excavating the Contemporary Legacy of the Transatlantic Slave Trade in Plymouth and Cornwall. This new book, (companion to the 2007 exhibition of the same name at Plymouth Museum and Art Gallery), features a new essay by Jyll Bradley. Hopital Roger Salengro, Centre Hospitalier Regional Universitaire de Lille, France. Jyll Bradley has been commissioned, through artconnexion, Lille, to propose a major work of public art for Northern Europe's largest hospital. The project's anticipated opening is end 2012. www.artconnexion.org

'The Enchanted Isles: Re-Imagining Galapagos' May 2012, the Bluecoat, Liverpool, UK and tour. Jyll Bradley will be participating in a group exhibition of work by artists from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Galapagos Artist's Programme. Curated by Greg Hilty and Bergit Arends.
